Direct to Film (DTF) printing is an innovative printing method that transfers designs onto fabric using a special film. This technique allows for vibrant, full-color prints on a wide variety of materials including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. DTF printing offers exceptional detail, durability, and flexibility for custom apparel.

How DTF Printing Works

Design Printing
Your design is printed onto a special PET film using specialized DTF inks.

Powder Application
A hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink, which will bond the design to the fabric.

Curing
The film is cured in a heat tunnel or oven to melt and set the adhesive powder.

Heat Transfer
The film is placed on the garment and pressed with a heat press, transferring the design permanently onto the fabric.
